
INGREDIENTS:
3 bundles "ribbon" or wide, flat Chinese noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. black vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. chili oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. schezuapn peppercorns
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, black vinegar, chili oil, sesame seeds, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove and cook the noodles as directed on the package.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add in the peppercorns and turn heat down to medium. Then pour the sauce mixture in and cook for about a minute, stirring.
Toss the noodles in the spicy garlic oil, top with cucumber, and enjoy!
