Rosemary Salt

A great a seasoning for just about anything, this seasoned salt is the perfect way to beautifully season your dishes. Trust me, once you try it, you won't be able to live without it!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 12-14 sprigs of rosemary

  • 6-8 sprigs of sage

  • optional: a few sprigs of thyme

  • 1 1/4 cup of kosher salt

  • zest of 1 lemon

  • 3-4 cloves of smashed garlic

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

  • Blend the ingredients for about a minute until a fine mixture results.

  • Use to season all types of meats and veggies, go crazy!

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
