Another recipe for a quick lunch or dinner that you can whip up using your leftover or store bought ham!
HAM & SWISS PANINI WITH HOMEMADE HONEY MUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:
sourdough bread, sliced
leftover or store-bought ham
swiss cheese
1-2 tbsp. mayo
optional: spring mix greens
for the sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup dijon
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together mayo, dijon, honey, cayenne, and vinegar to create the sauce.
Assemble paninis baby coating either side of the slices of read with mayo, top with ham, Swiss, homemade honey mustard, and (optional: mixed greens).
Toast in a skillet or panini press until the read is toasted and the cheese is melted.
serve with a side salad, bowl of soup, or roasted veggies!
